| The customers at Pind Balluchi are welcomed with a courteous "Sat Sri Akal" when they enter. The theme is that of a pind (village)-based and one is immediately taken over by warm ambience. The "achar" pots on the shelf and traditional village sitting arrangement take you to the villages of Punjab, where eating well is a way of life. Some of the objects are synonymous with theme are: manji (traditional cot), huge entrance door, jharokhas, wells, wooden chairs, lanterns. Moreover, you will also find waiters here dressed in the traditional lungi-kurta and the perennial smile to greet you. |
