
MR J.S CHADHA (OWNER PARK & PIND BALLUCHI) INVITED TO PRESENT GOURMET GURU OF INDIA AWARD
As a part of their regular initiatives, Food and Nightlife Magazine recognized, felicitated and applauded proficient Chefs who have excelled in Culinary Art and have helped India becoming a popular gourmet destination. The event was to celebrate the release of Food and Night Life's April issue. Gourmet Gurus is the cover feature of Food and Nightlife Magazine's April Issue. This feature has been compiled by well-known Hospitality professional and Travel writer Ms. Rupali Dean. The evening that was hosted by Mr. Sumit Goyal - Editor in Chief-Food and Nightlife and Mr Sohrab Sitaram of Tabul Rasa, New Delhi. The evening witnessed top chefs, leading restaurateurs and some very important F&B journalists networking with each other. These top chefs from pan India included the likes of Chef Veena Arora, Chef Bakshish Dean, Chef Abhijit Saha & Manu Chandra from Bangalore, Chef Shaun Kenworthy & Chef Sharad Dewan from Kolkata, Chef Manav Sharma, Chef Vicky Ratnani from Mumbai, Chef Kunal Kapur, Chef Rajesh Variyath, and Gunjan Goela. Also seen at the event were A D Singh, Amit & Divya Burman, Sudha Kukreja, Arun Agarwal (Executive Director, futurescape),J.S Chadha, (Park/Pind Balluchi), Sanjana John, Vishal Kaushik & Suveer Sodhi (The International Diner) & Kila Naidu (Fu) along with other renowned F & B professionals. There were live cooking demos by renowned chefs like Chef Jai Nandan - Leela Kempenski (Master Chef Finalist), Chef Nishant Choubey and Chef Sunil Dutt - Litebite foods.
